The studio’s approach embodies products that are restrained and functional and have a strong identity. It is about a coherent combination of functionality, aesthetic design vocabulary and choice of materials.

Johannes Lindner

The studio focuses on projects that are characterised by clean lines, functionality and aesthetic quality. The work revolves around clear ideas and strict aesthetics with an unique and strong identity. It is an approach to modern simplicity with a clear visual expression. With his background in architecture, the process of working towards the essence is shaped by functional needs and basic human interest and behaviour.

The work includes collaborations with renown clients, such as Skandiform, Pierre Junod, Born in Sweden and others. The results are modest, challenging and logical and are reached through an analytical, creative and manual approach in close dialogue with clients.

Johannes Lindner graduated in architecture form the RWTH Aachen University in 2018 and founded his studio in 2014. Since 2020, he has been a lecturer at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
